By the law:

•	Misuse of Drugs Act 1971,

It is possible that in certain circumstances charges may be brought against an employer or an employee under either this Act or the Health & Safety at Work Act or both. Under Section 8 of the Act it is an offence for a manager/employer to knowingly permit the use, production or supply of any controlled drugs taking place on their premises. It is also an offence to ignore such occurrences:
•	The Road Traffic Act 1988
•	The Transport & Works Act 1992
•	Health & Safety at Work Act 1974
•	Employers have a general duty under this Act to ensure so far as reasonably possible the Health & Safety and welfare at work of all employees. Breach of these duties carries a maximum fine and summary conviction of £20,000.00

Our dogs and handlers can identify a scent that comes from a hiding place and make it known to you. All the work is caring out with the utmost confidentially.

•	For clubs or events where large numbers of people are coming in, we perform Passive search.
Passive Search - The Dog Handler is walking the search dog through the crowd or line of people queuing.
•	The dog will sit next to the person who is carrying illegal drugs or emanates the scent of gun oil or ammunitions.
